Counselling Service – We believe that clients are individuals and therefore, do not believe in block booking sessions as for some clients one healthy conversation maybe enough. For others a longer approach and psychotherapy maybe required. A pluralistic way of working with each client where agreed goals and objectives are set and we work in collaboration. 

Coaching Service – If you feel you are need of improving some communication, public speaking, teamwork, problem solving, changing behaviours skills, then we here to help and assist improve work performance and help you get seen for the right reasons in work and assist in gaining the promotion you’ve been seeking.  

Walk & Talk Therapy – If you find it more beneficial to communicate whilst being outdoors this approach combines the best of both worlds.  The walks can be designed to meet your specific needs, with the pace and distances being covered being flexible to ensure you’re comfortable and free to talk at ease.  Mindfulness can also be incorporated for those interested in learning more deeply.  

Face to face - Sessions booked together will be carried out face to face in a safe, comforting, welcoming, confidential space.  Face to face counselling is the conventional path for people acquiring counselling and you may find that there can be many benefits.  

Online sessions - Online sessions can be just as effective as face to face and can benefit those who are housebound or have limited time. If you would prefer to book sessions this way we take able to accommodate with by identifying the best platform that works for you, your devices and your security settings. Currently online sessions include Teams, Zoom and WhatsApp.  

Consultation Session - Our initial consultation will be approximately a 20 minute phone during which we will discuss how we can work together and if we think we are our suitable. This is free of charge and then if you choose to book a further appointment a full session will be booked at a time and date convenient for us both. These sessions are based on the therapy type you prefer.
